Homesafe Iowa is a community-based service provider dedicated to delivering Supported Community Living (SCL) services to individuals with disabilities throughout the state of Iowa. Our organization was created with a clear purpose: to support individuals in living safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.
We believe that individuals with disabilities should have the opportunity to live outside of institutional settings and instead receive the personalized support they need in environments they choose. Homesafe Iowa exists to make that independence possible through structured, person-centered, and reliable supports.
Homesafe Iowa was founded in response to the growing need for high-quality, compliant, and individualized SCL services in Iowa. Too often, individuals and families face limited options, inconsistent care, or services that do not reflect personal goals. Our organization was built to offer an alternative—one rooted in respect, accountability, and long-term independence.
Homesafe Iowa specializes in Supported Community Living (SCL) services authorized under Iowa Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs.
